I can't listen because the barbershop version has been stuck in my head for almost two weeks. So good and so relevant. She needs to write the musical about 2020.
They came out just 8 weeks apart and were both set about the same time period (albeit different locations) involving illusion and magic. I saw them both in theaters and could easily see why people would compare them, even if they were both really good in their own right.
