Famous Internet make-up artists are all the rage these days for public service ads.
Last week, you saw Nikkie in a superb award-winning PSA against applying make-up while driving.
This effort isn't quite as powerful. The tension builds nicely, but it needs a better ending—like what we got in Nikkie's video. Still, effective, I believe.
