1.On Peter's plane, the in-flight entertainment includes a film called The Snap directed by Paul Greengrass, a real-life director who is known for specializing in the dramatizations of true events, such as September 11th (United 93) and the 2009 Maersk Alabama hijacking (Captain Phillips).
3.Just before Peter goes to buy a necklace for MJ, Quentin Beck can be spotted lurking in the background, watching him.
4.Guterman, a former Stark Industries employee and one of Quentin's associates, can also be seen watching Peter and MJ closely.
5.When Peter uses the E.D.I.T.H. glasses, he can see everyone's phone activity except for Dimitri, who works for Nick Fury and shows up as "encrypted."
6.During one of Mysterio's illusions, you can see the fallen heads of a Captain America and Iron Man.
7.Black Widow's head is also visible.
8.When Mysterio shows Spider-Man an animated corpse of Iron Man, the spiders crawling on the helmet are black widows.
9.During the illusion, it also appears that Spider-Man is slipping on a heap of snow, but we see what's causing him to lose his footing in reality is a pile of rocks.
10.The suit Quentin Beck wears when he's testing out illusions is a motion censor suit VERY similar to the ones the Marvel cast wears on set.
11.While in Italy, the phrase "Pizza time" can be heard uttered from a group. This is a reference to a line from 2004's Spider-Man 2, which turned into a meme.
12.When Ned is playing Beast Slayers on the plane, his character holds a Halberd. Later on when they're in danger, Happy says to give him the "spear" and Ned corrects him, letting him know it's a Halberd.
13.During Flash's live Instagram stream, you can see one commenter ask, "How does he have so many followers?" and another says, "They're all bots." At the bottom, you can see a bot commenting "EARN $1,000 FROM HOME!!! GET FREE MONEY FAST."
14.During his final battle with Mysterio, Spider-Man hoists a sign and a piece of equipment in a manner that's similar to the way Captain America used his shield and Mjolnir against Thanos in Avengers: Endgame.
15.The license plate on a car reads "TASM 143." In The Amazing Spider-Man Issue #143, Peter goes to Paris.
16.And finally, both Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home end with characters saying, "What the f--?" The first time it's Aunt May finding out that Peter is Spider-Man, the second time it's Spider-Man seeing his identity shared with the entire world.
