As a person with Afro-textured hair, heat is sometimes needed to prep my hair for braided styles. So, I needed a blow dryer that could stretch my hair without compromising the integrity of my texture. I heard great things about this dryer, but the price is steep. Why should I spend almost $400 on a blow-dryer that may not work for my coily, type 4 hair? I asked master stylist, Jon Reyman, the same thing. For context, Reyman is probably the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to hair. I didn't watch much TV until quarantine. Needless to say, I'm not too picky about screens. However, I was considering buying a new TV for my living room and I wanted it to last. I knew I wanted a 4K OLED TV because the picture is amazing from all angles. I won't bore you with the nitty-gritty details, but this TV is so advanced. It won't be outdated anytime soon. If you want to invest in a high-quality 4K TV, I highly recommend this one. It was simple to set up and even has audio guidance for visually impaired people. The base is sleek, yet sturdy despite requiring no more than seven screws. I love that the remote can be pointed directly at the screen like a Wii remote. The TV itself is ridiculously thin i.e. fragile. So, I needed help from a friend to hoist this onto our media center. But once we got it up there, it was mesmerizing. I watched Fantasia 2000, MTV Cribs, Teen Titans, and the color is breathtaking. The blacks are incredibly deep and the lines are crisp. I saw details I'd never noticed before on my Sceptre or Vizio TVs. Additionally, I found it very simple to connect my Bose Soundbar 300 and Amazon Fire Stick to it. Honestly haven't used the full functionality of this TV yet, but I like that there is so much to be discovered and I can grow with it. My only advice is that you should probably mount it for a better viewing experience.

My movers said this bed was the easiest one they've ever encountered. Mind you, I put this bed together on a whim since it's supposed to be easy to assemble. For the price, I figured I should be able to put it together at 8 p.m. with my two remaining brain cells. It took me no more than 20 minutes to build the bed. No cap. For the record, I’m about 5’6 and not amazing with tools. The bed is so gorgeous. I love that it’s made of real wood and not particle board. I ask it about the weather, I command it to set alarms and timers, *and* I ask it math questions because I suck at doing calculations in my head. The speaker is very easy to set up with the Bose Music App and I really like that I can play music via AirPlay, Bluetooth, or through Bose's App. I cranked this up to its top volume and my roommate joked that I was having a Stevie Wonder concert in my room. I also use it when my skin is breaking out and it doesn't irritate me at all. Everyone I know who has tried this loves the results but hates the price.

This massager is everything I never knew I needed. I can feel it shaking every drop of tension out of my body. It's great. I only use this for about a minute on every muscle group, but it still makes a difference. Plus, the size makes it easy to store and carry.

I’ve been doing a lot of hiking in the past few months, and have unfortunately come to the conclusion that my muscle recovery time isn’t what it used to be. I'm wearing "Toasted Almond" but it definitely looks more like a dusty rose. I'm typically a size large in bottoms, but the medium fits very well (with some wiggle room). I was worried the silk would be too hot, but it's light enough for spring weather. If you're hooked on neutrals, this pink is a fun way to *almost* switch things up. I have never been an electric toothbrush person but Quip has swayed me. I like how sleek and small it is and the fact that I don't have to plug it into anything or take up extra counter space. Best of all, though, is the built-in two-minute timer which buzzes every 30 seconds to let me know it's time to brush a different part of my mouth. Before, when I used a regular ol' bamboo toothbrush, I really thought I was getting in a full two minutes but boy was I wrong 😬. I can *definitely* tell a difference in how clean my teeth feel after using Quip.
