Response to 7 Tiny Changes To Try This Week:
Anyone have kids? Getting them out the door with all their ‘things’ can be rough. If it’s all the time, talk to your bosses or your friends that you are meeting. Also, if you are so concerned about starting on time=== do so. I had one customer that started his meetings on the dot and if you were late you got to sit next to him. People responded to his expectations. If you hold up a meeting for the late person, you are silently condoning this behavior.
