The Warriors call Coney Island home.
Home of the Wonder Wheel and awesome hotdogs.
The Warriors were originally led by Cleon.
Before he met an early end facing off against the Riffs. Elbows. Nasty way to go.
The PanzersThe BoopersThe Gramercy Riffs
Cyrus was leader of The Gramercy Riffs.
Biggest gang in the city and well trained in martial arts. Can you dig it?
The Electric EliminatorsThe HurricanesThe Hi-Hats
These fellows are The Electric Eliminators
Spotted right at the start of the film, they don't get up to much in the plot, which is a bit of a shame considering how nice the jackets are.
Van Cortlandt RangersThe Savage HunsThe Shanghai Sultans
These are The Savage Huns.
Seen waiting at the start of the film in Chinatown, in the Rockstar game they're revealed to be formidable martial arts experts. You almost wish they did end up fighting The Warriors.
"You're Movin' Too Slow" by Johnny Vastano"Night Run" by Mersh Brothers"Nowhere to Run" by Arnold McCuller
"Nowhere to Run" gets to soundtrack this montage.
Along with every gang in New York holding a massive boombox listening in. Pretty cool.
Turn him into a popiscle.Turn him into a corndog.Turn him into a shish kebabs.
Ajax wanted to make a Fury-popsicle.
And lo, a famous badass movie line was born.
One of the muscle of the gang alongside Ajax, Conchise ends up cracking a chair over one of The Lizzies when they make their escape. Wild guy.
He gets run over by a subway train. He gets killed by The Punks in the bathroom. He gets arrested.
Ajax gets himself arrested.
For trying to assault a female undercover police officer. Deserved it too, the hot head.
The OrphansThe Turnbull ACsThe PunksThe Saracens
Mercy came from The Orphans.
Nicely rounding out the Warriors boys, she held her own in the bathroom fight with The Punks too.
The Rogues had a blood feud with The Riffs. The Rogues wanted to take New York for themselves.Luther just felt like it.Luther was an undercover detective. The Rogues had a blood feud with The Warriors.
Luther's a jerk...
As he puts it, he killed Cyrus for "No reason. I just... like doing things like that." Thanks buddy. So much for the peace.
Six make it back in total.
Swan, Fox, Vermin, Conchise, Rembrandt and Cowboy all make it home free. Nice huh?
How Well Do You Remember "The Warriors"?
Oh dear oh dear… what happened here? Like The Orphans gang from the film, you’ve ended up so far down you’re not even on the map. Oops.
Much like the Baseball Furies gang, you looked pretty impressive at the start, but quickly faded away when the going got tough. No matter, you’re still one of the best dressed around these parts eh?
Like Ajax, you looked to be a capable deputy, but a hot head has just kept you getting to the end of this journey with everything intact. Keep calm next time, and remember, just because someone doesn’t agree with you, doesn’t make them a wimp.
Like a true member of The Warriors gang, you’ve managed to make it through with little more than some street smarts and some killer fight knowledge. Here, let us play out some “In the City” for you to enjoy, just like in the end credits.
