Turns Out, Your Fave '00s Cartoons Probably Aren't Coming Back

Update: A representative for Nickelodeon told BuzzFeed there aren't immediate plans for an As Told by Ginger reboot.

    UPDATE

MoviePilot originally reported that Nickelodeon is working on an As Told by Ginger continuation with original creator Emily Kapnek. A representative for Nickelodeon told BuzzFeed: "As much as we love As Told by Ginger, there are no immediate plans for a reboot at this time. There is no validity to the MoviePilot story. As such, the site has graciously pulled down the story."

The outlet also reported that Recess and Kim Possible "will be kept in their original format with a bit of tweaking". A representative for Disney told BuzzFeed: "The information in the Movie Pilot story is false and no interviews were conducted with Disney executive Eric Coleman."

Below is the original version of this post:

If you were a '00s kid, chances are you loved Kim Possible.

And Recess, because it made you feel like going to school was actually kinda cool.

There was also As Told by Ginger, which was goddamn iconic for many different reasons.

Because we live in a beautiful world filled with nostalgia, ALL three shows are being revived in 2017.

    THAT’S RIGHT. ALL. THREE. SHOWS.

According to MoviePilot, Nickelodeon is working on an As Told by Ginger revival with original creator, Emily Kapnek. It's set to be a continuation of the series. The outlet also reports that Recess and Kim Possible "will be kept in their original format with a bit of tweaking".

Yes, 2017 seems like a lifetime away.

But think about the beauty that's (slowly) coming for us.
