Whoopi Goldberg Calls Out Wes Anderson On The Lack Of Diversity In His Films

"Just let him know I'm available."

On a recent episode of The View, Jason Schwartzman and Adam Scott were greeted by Whoopi Goldberg handing over her resumè to be passed on to Wes Anderson.

Goldberg handed over her resume to Schwarzman, who is a recurring actor in a lot of Anderson's films, saying she "noticed there wasn't a lot of folks of colour".

Adam Scott asked if her Oscar was enough to get her roles, which (surprise!) it isn't.

Schwartzman then took time to praise Goldberg, citing the influence her work had on him.

Really, though, Whoopi just wanted Jason to let Wes Anderson know she was there to play any role he had.
