I ran to lose weight and to get on shape. Eventually I found that running brought me a kind of joy that was it’s own reward. Sometimes I run with exuberance and some times with suffering but always I finish with a strong sense of accomplishment (and the aforementioned joy). There came a point where it became monotonous and repetitive. I almost quit but then I started switching things it up. I found new places to run. I found out that I loved trails. I found that running without music was just as doable as with. My point is that when the joy is gone it’s time for a change no matter how small. Do what you can to find that joy!
Response to The Only 12 Exercises You Need To Get In Shape:
I have seen these exercises burn out the most seasoned athletes. If you are not feeling a burn when doing these, increase intensity and change the succession you are doing them in. I have tricked myself into thinking I have advanced beyond these exercises but they are fundamentals that should not be forgotten about. Additionally, there are modified variances for all of these that can make them more simple for beginners or more difficult for the advanced.
Here, I’ll make it easy for all of you. Don’t ever do this. If you choose to alter your skin color to resemble a different ethnicity (real earth ethnicity… we’re not talking about green and blue skinned people), you are playing with fire. The action of doing this carries more baggage than a Hitler-stash. If you do this be prepared to be labeled a bigot. Your intent does not factor into it. Also, if you don’t think this is offensive, keep you mouth shut unless you are choosing to portray yourself as ignorant, thoughtless, hateful and trashy. You can be awful to yourself.
