Larks are traditionally morning people. You get up early and you're more productive in the mornings. You do your best creative work before the evenings, so save the mindless stuff for the end of the day. You also benefit from getting to bed a bit earlier than your owl counterparts.

Owls live for the night. You stay up later than larks and are most productive in the evening, so get the mindless tasks out of the way early in the day. You're pretty much useless before lunch anyways. The life of an owl may be a little less predictable, but that's the way you like it.

Hummingbirds split the difference between owls and larks. Some days you'll function a little better in the mornings, while other days you'll be productive all night. Hummingbirds like you can't be pinned down to circadian rhythms very easily, so you just have to follow your instincts and take things one day at a time.
