Michelle Tanner Had the Coolest Crew of All Time

With all of the “Fuller House” cast gossip going on, its easy for a die hard “Full House” fan to not only hope that the main cast return, but that some of the series favorite recurring characters get in on the reboot action too. There has been talk of both the Olsen Twins returning to revive their role as Michelle Tanner, but does that mean that all of Michelle’s Best Friends will stop by to visit the Tanner House too? I sure hope so! Lets take a look back at the coolest crew of kids to roam the streets of San Francisco:

Teddy

Teddy was Michelle’s first best friend. They met on the first day of Kindergarten and forever bonded over dotting their “I”’s. Teddy was played by Tahj Mowry who later went on to becoming most known and famous for his own television show “Smart Guy”. Currently Tahj stars on ABC Family’s “Baby Daddy” and is of course the little brother of his famous twin sisters, Tia and Tamera Mowry from “Sister, Sister”.

Denise

When Teddy had to move away because his Dad got a new job in Texas, Michelle thought she could never make it. But then unexpectedly Denise took Teddy’s desk and showed Michelle there is more to life then dotting “I” ‘s for each other, friends can help cross each others “T” ‘s too. Denise and Michelle were the best of friends until Teddy comes back, making Michelle have to choose over her two bffs. In the end Michelle realized it’s totally cool to have more then one best friend.

Denise was played by Jurnee Smollett who went on to star in movie hits such as “Jack” opposite Robin Williams and Jennifer Lopez, along with over 30 additional credits in television and film to this day. Her siblings are famous as well. She left Full House to film a show starring herself and her siblings called “On Our Own”. Many years later her brother Jussie Smollett became the star of Fox’s current hit series “Empire”,

Michelle also had the non BFF Crew. They weren’t in on Michelle’s biggest life moments and there for her like Teddy and Denise, but they were always around when it came for play time or an old fashioned “which kid has the smartest mouth” contest.

Lisa

Lisa is that one classmate who is best known for giving horrible advice on subjects she knows nothing about. Such as how to shrink your feet, and starting a secret club, then giving Michelle the evil eye for telling her Dad about it. Lisa was played by Kathryn Zaremba who went on to be cast the hit family film “Toothless”.

Derek

Derek was that one kid in class who was too smart for his own good. A kid his age shouldn’t be able to correct the teacher and the students. Him and Michelle have had their history. Not only did he jump on the Lisa bandwagon in making Michelle feel guilty for telling her Dad about a secret club. But he also stole the lead role from her at a school play and got her going crazy that someone stole her bike when it turns out he had it at his house all along. Sure Michelle was the one who forgot her own bike, but hey, no one ever sides with Derek. Blake Mclver Ewing played the role of Derek. He is also most famous for starring in “The Little Rascals” Movie.

Aaron

Aaron has been giving Michelle a hard time since preschool. On her very first day of entering the learning world, she meets the snobby mean kid Aaron. He brags about wearing the sharing crown for a day causing Michelle to step her game up and accidentally let the class pet bird free. Sure she opened the cage, but no one is going to side with Aaron. From that point on Aaron has been a pain in Michelle and everyone else’s but, even the adults on the show. Aaron was played by Miko Hughes who was most famous for his role in the film “Pet Sematary “.

I truly hope friends like these make a comeback on "Fuller House".
