YInMn Blue — also known as Oregon Blue — is the the most recently discovered color. It's the first new blue pigment in [over 200 years](https://news.artnet.com/art-world/yinmn-blue-comes-market-1921665) and was [discovered accidentally](https://news.artnet.com/art-world/yinmn-blue-comes-market-1921665) by a scientist at Oregon State University. Like you, this color is much more than meets the eye. Some people might underestimate it as just another blue, but it's vibrant, complex, and endlessly interesting.
