    If you're like most people, you're processing that the '90s were 30 years ago.

    Time really flies, and even though we don't feel like grown-ups, we kind of are. So are our favorite childhood stars, inexplicably.

    Check out your favorite Nickelodeon and Disney stars who are parents themselves nowadays.

    1. Nickelodeon fans of a certain age will remember Alanis Morisette was on one of the channel's very first shows, You Can't Do That on Television.

    Today, Alanis is still active in her music career. First and foremost, she's a mom of three: 11-year-old Ever, 5-year-old Onyx, and 2-year-old Winter.

    2. Britney Spears, one of theeee pop queens, got her start as part of the late '80s revival of The Mickey Mouse Club. Britney's boys are pretty grown up! She's mom to 16-year-old Sean and 15-year-old Jayden.

    3. Justin Timberlake was another Mouseketeer before his boybander-gone-solo career kicked off. Justin and his wife, Jessica Biel, share 7-year-old Silas and 1-year-old Phinneas.

    4. Ryan Gosling was another Mouseketeer who went on to have a big career. One of Hollywood's biggest hunks, he's also dad to 7-year-old Esmeralda and 5-year-old Amada, who he shares with Eva Mendes.

    5. Few people seem to remember that Keri Russell also got her start as a Mouseketeer. Today, she's still an actor, as well as a mom of three: 14-year-old River, 10-year-old Willa, and 5-year-old Sam.

    6. Christina Aguilera rounded out the Mouseketeers-turned-superstars. The singer is also a mama of two, 13-year-old Max and 7-year-old Summer.

    7. Jamie Lynn Spears shocked fans when in the early days of her own fame as a teen, she announced she was becoming a mom.

    Jamie Lynn is both a mom and an actor today. In addition to 13-year-old Maddie, she and husband Jamie Watson share 3-year-old Ivey.

    8. David Henrie pulled double Disney duty with That's So Raven and Wizards of Waverly Place.

    Today, David's getting ready to become a dad of three! His wife is expecting their third child, who will join 2-year-old Pia Philomena Francesca and 1-year-old James Thomas Augustine Emanuel.

    9. Hilary Duff stole our hearts as the cool-awkward fashion genius that was Lizzie McGuire. And let's never ever ever forget how she brought it in the DCOM Cadet Kelly.

    Aside from killing it as an actor, Hilary is also a wife and mom of three: 9-year-old Luca, 3-year-old Banks, and 11-month-old Mae.

    10. Josh Peck always made us laugh, whether it was on The Amanda Show or Drake & Josh.

    Today, Josh is crushing his acting career and spending lots of quality time with his 3-year-old son, Max.

    11. Tia Mowry-Hardict and twin sister Tamera Mowry-Housely appeared on both Nickelodeon and Disney. The twins were some of the biggest child stars of the '90s and continue to thrive in their respective careers today.

    They're also both moms! Tia is mom to 10-year-old Cairo and 4-year-old Cree. Tamera is the mom of 9-year-old Aden and 6-year-old Ariah.

    12. Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas were once teen boybanders on Disney.

    Now they're a man band full of girl dads. Kevin is a father of two girls, Valentina and Alena. Joe is dad to daughter Willa. Nick has yet to announce the name of his baby girl.

    13. Jewel Staite was on Nickelodeon's Are You Afraid of the Dark? and Disney Channel's Flash Forward.

    Jewel has most recently appeared on Family Law. She's also mom to a 6-year-old son, Wilder.

    14. Christina Vidal had a short-lived Nick series, Taina, as well as appeared in a few Disney movies.

    15. Nathan Kress was lovable tech geek Freddie Benson on iCarly.

    16. Ashley Tisdale was another actor who appeared on both Nick and Disney. She was in The Amanda Show before skyrocketing to fame in High School Musical.

    Ashley's been more about other professional endeavors than acting these days. She has been keeping fans updated on her life as a mom to nearly 1-year-old Juniper.

    17. Carlos PenaVega was in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide before hitting it big in Big Time Rush.

    Carlos is married to another '90s kid favorite, Alexa PenaVega. The two have three kids: 4-year-old Ocean, 2-year-old Kingston, and 9-month-old Rio.

    18. Christy Carlson-Romano was a true Disney darling, first in Even Stevens and then as the voice of Kim Possible.

    Christy has two daughters: 5-year-old Izzy and 3-year-old Sophia.

    19. Shia LaBeouf was the best of the out-there little brothers of the early '00s in Even Stevens. In November 2021, he and girlfriend Mia Goth announced they are expecting their first child.

    20. Daniella Monet was hilarious as Victorious's Trina Vega.

    Daniella's focus is currently on mom life. She has two kids, 2-year-old Gio and 1-year-old Ivry.

    21. Jessica Alba got her acting start in Nickelodeon's The Secret World of Alex Mack. Jessica has built a mom empire while still being very hands-on with her three kids: 13-year-old Honor, 10-year-old Haven, and 4-year-old Hayes.

    22. Allen Evangelista was the lovable Firewire on Zoey 101.

    23. Kaycee Stroh killed it in High School Musical, appearing in all iterations of the franchise.

    These days, KayCee stays busy with her two daughters, 8-year-old Zetta and 6-year-old Lettie.

    24. Nick Cannon got his start on All That and later, Kenan and Kel.

    25. Kyla Pratt was in many '90s hits, but you probably remember her best as the voice of Penny Proud.

    Kyla's back to voicing Penny in The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder. She's also mom to two girls, 11-year-old Lyric and 8-year-old Liyah.

    26. Kenan Thompson ruled Nick in the '90s and early '00s, from All That to Kenan and Kel and, of course, Good Burger.

    Kenan is a comedy bigwig with his own show, his continued long run on Saturday Night Live, and his work on the next iteration of All That. The busy guy is also a dad to 7-year-old Georgia and 3-year-old Gianna.

    27. Emma Roberts got her start starring on Nickelodeon's Unfabulous.

    28. Kel Mitchell brought the laughs all over Nickelodeon before delving into voice acting.

    29. Tiffany Thornton appeared on a number of Disney shows, most notably Sonny With a Chance.

    30. Danny Tamberelli was a Nickelodeon staple, appearing in The Adventures of Pete & Pete, All That, and game show Figure It Out.

    Danny Tamberelli is an actor, musician, and podcaster these days. He's also dad to 2-year-old son Alfred.

    31. Kirsten Storms was already a soap opera sweetheart when she starred in Disney's Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century. Later, she voiced Bonnie Rockwaller in Kim Possible.

    Kirsten recently underwent brain surgery to remove a cyst, but she's on the mend and back on her latest soap gig on General Hospital. She has a 7-year-old daughter, Harper.

    32. Christopher Massey was Michael Basset on Zoey 101. The actor has had his struggles in recent years, but he's been steadfast in his love for his three kids, Mariah, Bella, and Carter.

    Danielle continues acting today, as well as enjoying life as mommy to Adler and Keaton.

    34. Sabrina Bryan was part of the Disney it-girl group Cheetah Girls.

    Sabrina became a mom in 2020 when she welcomed daughter Comillia Monroe.

    35. Jackson Stewart from Hannah Montana, aka Jason Earles, is all grown up. Today, he's got a daughter, Noah Earles, though much isn't known about her.

    36. Melissa Joan Hart schooled us on life as Clarissa Darling in Clarissa Explains It All.

    Melissa Joan Hart has teenage kids, believe it or not. She has three sons: 16-year-old Mason, 13-year-old Braydon, and 9-year-old Tucker.

    37. Halloweentown actor Phillip Van Dyke may strike you as a Disney figure, but did you know he also voiced Arnold on Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold? He's no longer an actor, but he is a father of three!

    38. Vanessa Baden was on Nick Jr.'s Gullah Gullah Island before being cast as Kenan's little sister on Kenan & Kel.

    Vanessa continues to write and act, as well as being mom to a little boy, Ryder.

    39. Rider Strong won a lot of hearts as bad boy Shawn Hunter on Boy Meets World.

    40. Brenda Song was a Disney kid through and through, appearing on a number of shows before being cast on Phil of the Future and later, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

    In April 2021, Brenda and beau/ultimate '90s kid Macaulay Culkin welcomed a son, Dakota Song Culkin.

    41. Marques Houston did double duty as an actor and an R&B singer.

    He continues to bring the talent today, and now he's mastering a new talent: parenting. He and his wife, Miya Houston, welcomed a daughter, Zara, in December 2021.

    42. JoAnna Garcia Swisher worked with both Disney and Nickelodeon, most memorably as part of the cast of Are You Afraid of the Dark.

    JoAnna and husband Nick Swisher have two daughters, 8-year-old Emerson and 5-year-old Sailor.

    43. Erik von Detten was a voice actor in a lot of your Disney shows, but you probably recognize his face from The Princess Diaries.

    44. Danielle Panabaker starred in some of our favorite DCOMs, like Stuck in the Suburbs and Read It and Weep.

    45. Raquel Lee was a fan favorite on Nickelodeon's The Amanda Show. Later, she also worked with Disney on The Proud Family.

    46. Anna Maria Perez de Tagle wowed Disney audiences in Hannah Montana and the Camp Rock franchise.
