Today he posted his diet plan for the upcoming World's Strongest Man competition, and it's INSANE.

Here's the diet, as Thor himself wrote on Instagram and Facebook:

People been asking me a lot about my diet and what I eat! Here's my diet plan for my preparation for World's Strongest Man 2016! Yes this is a lot & I don't recommend YOU to try this!!

11:50 Bcca, glutamine,
12:00 400gr Chicken + 400gr potatoes, greens + some fruits
14:00 Blender = 150gr oats or sweet potatoes, 2 bananas 150gr kelloggs rice krispies, frozen berries, handful almonds, peanut butter and glutamine
14:30 Training strongman, Bcca, glutamine, Vitargo

Drink a lot of water throughout the day + Juices to get more calories!! middle of the night 50gr casaine protein or raw eggs.

Eight large eggs is roughly 600 calories, plus another 775 calories for 200 grams of oats.

Add in the blueberries and strawberries and what we're assuming is one whole avocado, and you have another 300–500 calories or so.

400 grams of beef is a 14-ounce steak, which is about 1,000 calories.

He eats 400 grams of sweet potato along with that, which is about another 350 calories. The "handful of spinach and greens" we'll just say is negligible.

Toss in a handful of almonds (probably about one cup, since he has huge hands), and you have a grand total of roughly 4,300 calories BEFORE NOON.

He eats slightly larger portions later in the day, so his grand total is somewhere around 10,000 calories.

Apparently that's what you gotta eat to do this:
