Your first client is a high profile Manhattan lawyer. She needs to go to a fancy luncheon where she's hoping they announce her promotion. What look suits her best?

Your second client just called. She needs a classy, but elegant outfit for an evening fundraising gala. She loves solid colors, and wants to look both strong and feminine. Choose her look. 

Now, she's asking about shoes for her husband. He will be wearing a navy blue suit and needs a nice pair of shoes to complete the look. What pair would you suggest?

Your next client is a world-renowned physicist and author of the novel, "Climbing My Way Through Life," about his rock-climbing adventures around the world. He is attending a conference where he's expected to give the keynote address. He is extremely nervous, and wants to look modern, chic, and professional. How would you dress him? 

Ok, your next client is a model and trans activist. They are in need of a very glamorous look for a celebrity wedding in the south of France. Your goal is to wow the other wedding-goers. How would you dress them?

Congrats! You’ve made a great reputation for yourself. Lastly, your former boss has invited you to attend Paris Fashion week with her. She wants you to style an outfit that she can wear to meetings with designers. It needs to be chic and professional. First, choose some bottoms.

Now, what top will she wear with that?

This is a great piece, but doesn't really go with the bottoms you picked out for your client. 

 Nice try, but no. 

Your client specifically wanted to wow the other high-profile guests in attendance, and this look just isn't enough.

 This is a fabulous look, but a bit too simple for a celebrity wedding.

You're trying to wow the crowd and look professional. A regular pencil skirt/blouse combination is too boring and doesn't fit the luncheon vibe your client is going for. 

 Too simple! 

Make sure to think carefully before selecting a style of clothing for a client. Even if they say yes to what you picked, it doesn't always mean they're happy with your work. And unhappy clients mean no jobs in the future. 

 Not quite what your client was looking for, but they agreed.

This would be a great look... but it's not at all appropriate for what your client asked for. 

 Cute choice, but wrong for your client's needs.

That looks like a Scottish kilt, not a fashion statement! Your former boss isn't impressed by the dull coloring either.

 Not a good fit for your client.

This is an incredible fit, but way too sexy for a fundraising gala.

 Too sexy! 

This would be a cute skirt, if your former boss was a fashionable teen.

 Too young.

This is definitely an elegant and classy jumpsuit, but it's better for a lunch event, not for a formal evening one. 

 Close, but not quite.

While that pair of shoes isn't necessarily a bad choice, they aren't what the client wanted and don't match the vibe of the event he's attending.

 Those are not what the client wanted. 

Well, you got the "strong" part down, but this look isn't very feminine. 

 Your client isn't happy.

Wow, you're an incredible stylist! Your clients are all raving about your ability to make them feel like a million bucks and business is booming for you! 

 Congrats! You made it!

Your client is going to a conference, not the red carpet.

 Too formal!
