Drink so much water! Not only will it keep you full, but after drinking 100 oz of water everyday for a week, my skin started to feel better (I live in Denver where it is notoriously dry during the winter) and I had way more energy to do my workouts. Also, treat yoself to some new workout clothes. If you are anything like me, you’ll want to wear them stat and what better motivation to work out than to be in workout clothes. More than anything IMO is finding a workout that works for YOU! The idea of running on a treadmill makes my eyes roll so far back into my head I can practically see my brain, but an hour of yoga sounds like bliss. Finding what works for you not only makes working out go by quicker, but it also makes it more fun.
