You don't hear a lot of nonsense about your tattoos because either A: You don't actually have any and are just here out of curiousity or B: Your tattoos are small and/or out of sight for the naked eye!

You have NO tattoos (or at the very least no VISIBLE tattoos).

You're definitely a tattooed person and probably have a few on your arms and/or legs, but you don't consider yourself a "heavily" tattooed person. Hey, that just means you have ROOM FOR MORE!

You have tattoos but not, like, a TON.
