The "World's Deadliest Cat" Is So Cute That You'll Want To Hug Her, But Also Run Away In Terror

Get ready to say "aw" and "ah" simultaneously.

Hi, I'm Allie, and there's literally nothing else you need to know about me except that I love cats more than anything (or anyone).

So you can imagine my reaction, upon scrolling through Twitter this morning, to seeing this video clip from the BBC One series Big Cats.

This is the world's DEADLIEST cat. Seriously. Look at her. 😍

    SERIOUSLY. LOOK. AT. HER.

In the above video, the series revealed that its next episode would focus on the "black-footed cat," the smallest but deadliest cat in Africa.

There is so much to unpack here, so let's just start with this face, because oh my god.

Just half the size of a domestic #feline - meet the black-footed cat https://t.co/uualBb3F7b #InternationalCatDay

    A babe, for sure.

These babes are the "deadliest" because 60% of their hunts end successfully, and would you just LOOK at this Mama Cat's bitchface upon being filmed grabbing dinner.

So I'm happy to announce that the female cat featured in this clip is my new unproblematic Queen of the World.

And I'm not the only one who feels this way about her, as she has won over most of the internet already.

I cannot get over the look she gives to the camera when she catches that bird in her mouth. https://t.co/GGGcZwlgF7

Like any mother, she is not one to be mistaken for weak.

@ViridianCosmos @BBCOne I was like, "Awwww look at the little cat, so cute and cuddly 😍" and then it killed its pre… https://t.co/c4KoTRIRLG

Basically, you're guaranteed to die upon meeting her, whether by cuteness overload or, you know, her fangs.

@BBCOne I know she has just killed me by death by cuteness overload. #BigCats

So make sure to catch ~the Queen's~ debut on BBC One's Big Cats Jan. 18, 2018!
