What Is The Single Most Maddening Decision You've Ever Seen A Character Make In A Movie?

Don't go up the stairs when the front door is right there? Maybe? I'm no expert, but????

There are few things as mentally exhausting as enjoying a movie and rooting for a character, only to have them (seemingly out of nowhere and for no reason) make the absolute DUMBEST DECISION POSSIBLE.
