Are you OBSESSED with The Hobbit?

Perchance the books are more your scene? Or you might be deep into the movie?
Or maybe you're an outdoorsy person who wants to be one with nature?

How beautiful.
Either way, you can now live out your magical existence in an IRL HOBBIT HOLE.

Let's bring Bag End to life.
Presenting Green Magic Homes, prefab micro-houses that exist under a layer of soil and turf.

These IRL hobbit homes are composed of prefabricated panels (which are used as walls) that are reinforced by soil. Also, the prefabs are designed to adapt to any type of topography, so you can build your house directly into a whimsical hill a la Bilbo Baggins.
Step 1: Assemble the panels in your desired magical location.

Each panel has perforated flaps to screw together, so installation should be quick. (If you're good at building IKEA furniture, this is your challenge should you choose to accept it.)
Step 2: Cover your panels with soil and vegetation.

You can also plant fruits and vegetables so you never have to go to the grocery store again.
Step 3: Move in and NEVER EVER LEAVE.

Seriously.

Looking at that charming ~Hobbit~ vibe interior.
To get your own Hobbit house, it costs $41 per square foot.

So for 1,000 square feet, it'll cost you $41,000. You'll be living like a Baggins in no time.
