You hate feeling like you've failed or let anyone down, so tend to put yourself down a lot to try and temper those expectations of you. Often when you do aim high, you surprise yourself and achieve great things.

Stress can really get you down, and when you've got something big on your mind, you can find it quite hard to shake it. Sometimes you feel stressed about things you can't even put your finger on, and it makes you feel trapped, but when you do manage to free yourself from it, it's like a huge weight lifting off your shoulders.

You sometimes feel overwhelmed with stress

Although you know you shouldn't, you care a lot about what others think of you. You don't like the idea of being disliked and are always worrying whether certain people – often those you like or respect – actually like you, or are just humouring you. You've not done things before because you were worried it'd make you look stupid in front of others, and you still remember and replay embarrassing stories from your childhood all these years later.
