What Did Your Teenage Booze Choice Say About You?

You're were quite loud as a teenager, and like a lot of others, enjoyed it when the focus was on you and you got to show off a little bit. You probably look back and cringe a little bit at what you did now, but that's because all teenagers are cringeworthy AF.

You loved being the centre of attention

You weren't a very hard worker, and were much more often found messing around playing computer games or drinking in the park than you were doing your homework. These days, even the sight of Frosty Jack's probably makes you feel a bit sick.

You slacked off a lot

You fucked about a lot during your teenage years, and were one of those kids who teachers kind of hated at school. It wasn't that you weren't clever – just that you didn't really try, and you were much more concerned with having fun and growing up fast than preparing for adulthood.

You were a bit of a waster

You were definitely part of the popular crew at school. You'd be the one who organised or hosted a lot of the big parties and always had friends round to stay over. You had pretty chill parents, which means you were allowed to do pretty much what you wanted, and you made the most of it.

You were one of the cool kids

You were definitely an early starter. You'd probably drank more before you were 16 than most people will by the time they're 23. You spent a lot of your youth hanging around drinking in parks with your mates and were generally a bit of a teenage rebel.

You started drinking when you were about 12

You spent your teenage years doing exactly what they were meant for – flirting lots and getting with as many people as you could. You'd provide lots of gossip for the rest of the year, but that was fine because you kind of enjoyed it anyway, and though there are probably a couple of pulls you definitely regret now, it was mostly good fun.

You got with quite a lot of people

You were a pretty excitable teenager; when parties came around you'd think about them weeks in advance, take lots of pride in planning your outfit, and always hype them up so much in your head that it was hard for the event itself not to disappoint. You're probably still very fun-loving now – but drinking something much better (hopefully).

You were very easily overexcited

Your teenage years are supposed to be when you learn to be cool and want to grow up really fast to become an 18-year-old who is allowed to do whatever they want. However, you secretly kind of wished you could just be a little kid again – everything was much easier and much more fun – because being a teen came with too much stress and responsibility.

You kind of missed being a kid

You were pretty grown-up, and you definitely knew it. Even when you were 14 or 15 you felt like you could pass for 18 and liked to give off the aura of being a little bit more knowledgable about "adult stuff" than your friends. Now you obviously realise that you knew sweet FA. But that's what being a teenager is.

You were a bit precocious

Your teenage years were much more about partying and wasting as much time as possible with your friends than they were about getting your work done. Drinking this made you feel really grown-up, but also probably made you act like an idiot, which counteracted it a little bit...

You played much harder than you worked

Your parents were always looking out for you and making sure you didn't try to grow up too fast. At parties, you were allowed to take a four-pack of Strongbow, nothing stronger, and normally had to be home by a specific time too. This didn't mean that you didn't sneak spirits off your friends once mum and dad had dropped you off, though.

You had quite strict parents

You were quite old for your years and felt like you were an 18-year-old when you were only about 15. You probably started drinking at a younger age than most of your friends, but haven't touched a Bacardi Breezer for a good few years now, thankfully.

You already thought you were an adult

You weren't part of the cool group, but you did have a close group of good friends who most people got along with. Basically, a bit like a better, slightly more successful version of _The Inbetweeners_, but with just as awful hair.

You were a bit nerdy, but still popular

You didn't think it at the time, but you definitely know it now, and you cringe a lot when you think back to some of the stuff you did as a teen. You're ~probably~ the only one who remembers most of it, though – except that one story your friends will likely still be bringing up when you're 50. You know the one.

You were embarrassing AF

You liked to play the field as a teenager, and probably also went out with the same person three or four times over the course of your school years. You were quite grown-up and took your relationships seriously, even if they seem a bit silly to you looking back now.

You were a serial dater

You were a classic moody teen. You probably gave your parents quite a bit of grief down the years, not coming home when they told you to and generally being a pain, but at the time you were just trying to have fun and avoid doing anything that looked like it had any responsibility attached to it whatsoever.

You could be pretty moody

You quite enjoyed being the centre of attention and making sure people knew when you did something worth shouting about. Vodkat was the perfect drink for you, because you could pretend like it was vodka and it looked really grown-up. Shame it was so disgusting.

You liked to show off

You spent your teenage years doing exactly what you wanted, which was mostly as little as possible: sleeping, doing minimal homework, and drinking this in the park with mates was the order of the day (and night), and you probably get quite nostalgic when you think back to it now.

You spent most of your time fucking about
