This picture from South Carolina musician Kimberly Henderson has had thousands of likes and shares since she posted it to Facebook a few days ago.
She decided to post it because she had struggles "with accepting my body after kids".
She added that the four "beautiful, smiling faces" of her children were worth "this flabby belly and they are worth these stretch marks". She wrote: "we ARE moms and we ARE superheroes and we freakin ROCK and in my opinion that is sexier than any 6 pack!"
It's not the first time Henderson has blown up the internet.
Last year millions of people watched this rendition of "How Will I Know", which she sang to her daughter in the middle of the night.
She had previously been rejected from American Idol three times, but said record companies were courting her after they saw the clip.
And she's now gone on to release a song about being a single parent.
She told the Huffington Post she hopes it'll reconnect her with her mother, who vanished from her life when she was 11. "I keep thinking that maybe if she somehow sees my video or my new song," she told the website, "she'll come forward and try to reach out."
