As you may know, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra-Jonas have been married since 2018, and they welcomed their daughter Malti via surrogacy in January 2022.
Now, Malti is just over a year old and appears happy and healthy. Yesterday, Nick shared a rare photo of him holding his daughter:
Nick also shared a photo of Malti and his wife Priyanka for Mother's Day this year, writing, "Happy Mother’s Day my love. You are an incredible mother. You light up me and MM’s world every day."
Baby Malti Marie first made her public debut back in January, when the Jonas Brothers were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Nick even acknowledged Malti at the ceremony with a wave and said, "Malti Marie, hi baby, I can't wait to come back here with you in 15 years and embarrass you in front of your friends."
Since then, the Jonases have shared quite a few pictures of Malti, like when she took her first trip to India:
Still, Priyanka tends to avoid sharing Malti's full face, opting for side profile shots. Before Malti made her first public appearance at the Jonas Brothers' Hollywood Walk of Fame unveiling, the couple protected Malti's face with a heart emoji:
Back in January, Priyanka told British Vogue, “I’ve been really protective of this chapter of my life with my daughter. Because it’s not about my life only. It’s hers too.”
While Kevin and Nick Jonas have both opted to publicly share their daughters' faces, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have diligently kept their two daughters out of the spotlight.
Back in 2021, in a since-deleted Instagram story, Sophie asked paparazzi to stop taking photos of her baby without consent. She said, "I just want to say that the reason that I am not posting pictures of my daughter and making sure that we can avoid paparazzi at all costs is because I explicitly do not want those photos out there."
