Let's be honest, a lot of times we rewatch old, popular movies just to realize they're actually problematic as hell.
For example, maybe you were watching Sex and The City 2 again and realized the film's commentary and jokes about the Middle East were really racist.
Or maybe you wanted to rewatch Never Been Kissed but were weirded out that Sam had a thing for Josie even though he was her teacher and he thought she was underage.
Or perhaps you wanted to rewatch The Waterboy but couldn't get over how the movie stereotyped Bobby's disabilities, and throughout the entire movie he was constantly belittled, manipulated, and called the r-word by his teammates.
Basically, these movies would've been made MUCH differently today. So tell us what popular movies were actually super problematic and why. You could be featured in an upcoming BuzzFeed Community post or video.
