Sometimes TV pilots can be hard to get into 🙄. You have to get into new characters, a new setting, and a new story, but a lot of times there's a moment in the pilot that gets you hooked on the show instantly!
A good plot twist in a pilot episode can make you go from not caring for a show to needing to watch the next episode IMMEDIATELY.
For example, maybe you were watching the Scandal pilot and you were floored when they revealed that Olivia had been having an affair with President Fitz.
Or perhaps you were watching the first episode of This Is Us and your jaw dropped as you learned Rebecca and Jack's scenes took place in the '80s and that Kevin, Kate, and Randall were actually their children.
Or maybe you started Euphoria and needed to know what was going to happen next after the last scene revealed that the man Jules had hooked up with was Cal Jacobs, Nate's dad.
