“I felt very still and empty, the way the eye of a tornado must feel, moving dully along in the middle of the surrounding hullabaloo.”
— Sylvia Plath (The Bell Jar) “If you expect nothing from somebody you are never disappointed.”
— Sylvia Plath (The Bell Jar) and the one that kills me every time is the poem from The Perks of Being a Wallflower…I didn’t post the whole thing, but this is the ending of it: “That’s why on the back of a brown paper bag
he tried another poem
And he called it “Absolutely Nothing”
Because that’s what it was really all about
And he gave himself an A
and a slash on each damned wrist
And he hung it on the bathroom door
because this time he didn’t think
he could reach the kitchen.”
— Stephen Chbosky (The Perks of Being A Wallflower)

50/50 with a minute to spare. boo yah!
I didn’t read all the comments so I might be repeating someone, but American Eagle had 40% off all regularly priced stuff and 25% off sale items at any store and any Aerie. Then after a floor set, you received 50% off any new stuff that just got put out. Also once in a while you could get any pair of jeans for 10 bucks. I worked at Hollister before hand and only got a 20% discount and nothing on sale items. That applied at A&F too.
