Self-proclaimed "topless paparazzo" Holly Van Voast wanted to get the 74-year-old's attention at his New York book signing. She apparently succeeded. "He just seemed really, really confused," said photographer Brandon Stanton. "He kept saying, 'What's happening?' and 'Who is that?'"
