I agree. If it was a basket full of her clothes then yeah, he doesn’t need to fold them, but if he was washing his kid’s clothes, he should’ve folded them.

I strongly disagree. It sets a precedent. So next time some small-time vendor finds out that the store they sell through is using another distribution channel to cut them out of the profit stream, they can legally fight for what’s theirs.
