In the tradition of Thanksgiving and surprising unsuspecting people , BuzzFeed Motion Pictures decided what better way to interview Olympians than to surprise them with a live turkey?

And given that turkeys are, eh, not the cutest animals — we knew it'd be interesting.
Matt Centrowitz, track and field Olympian, said he wasn't a huge fan of turkeys when asked how he felt about them.
And Dawn Harper-Nelson, two-time olympic medalist, was immediately suspicious of where the interview was going.
Tori Bowie, Olympic track and field athlete, was NOTTTTTTTT having it. Not even a little bit.
Jenny Simpson, on the other hand, was all about it.
Once Matt Centrowitz got comfotable... things got a little weird.
Katelin Snyder eventually was just straight-up chillin' with the turkey.
And Tori Bowie was still REALLY trying to be ~pals~ with the turkey, but it wasn't happening.
But by the end of the "interview," the Olympians were so cool with the turkey, they were snapping selfies together.
And Keith and Zach were left to clean up a whole bunch of bird shit!!!!
