Haven’t been a server for 10 years. Most of these are accurate. I miss it at time. I enjoyed my customers. My regulars were from the bar run and were the most fun. Better than the morning regs who when I had to pull a double due to a call-in. Always left a quarter tip softer keeping their coffee full after 3 hours and no order no food. I still tip as best as I can. Unless the server is out - right doing things wrong. And I always, ALWAYS stack our dishes for easy clean-up. I can’t seem to break that habit.
