“I never had anything bad to say about the man but this was a lack in judgement.” Which speaks to your lack of judgement. Did you read the article? Petraeus is a scumbag and always was. Cheating on his wife is the most minor of his crimes.

Well done Michael. There’s a sad amount of childish hero worship here, people unwilling to admit Petraeus was never worth his salt. Regarding MoveOn, the hippies were right yet again. Too bad no one ever seems to listen to them.
Who wishes for “consumer confidence”? That’s your wish? Conservatives are weird.
Seriously, to lower the debt by half in four years would mean paying off about $2T in debt every year. That’s nearly the entire US Federal Budget being plowed into debt repayment.
Brown’s racist fixation on the nontroversy of Warren’s background is ugly, but this race probably isn’t even the ugliest Senate race, never mind the ugliest race in the country. I’d say the race for Allen West’s seat in Florida is the ugliest I can think of. Oh, and of course nothing in the article shows what “ugly” things Warren is doing. She laughed when he named Scalia. The horror! Wow, that’s right up there with the flyers Bush’s team spread saying McCain had an illegitimate black child in the 2000 SC primary. I’d say Buzzfeed #fail, but it’s really more of a fail on all of us who look to a site that specializes in pictures of otters for political insight.
Do your patients know you’re a misogynist?
It’s not a “generational” thing. This is what conservativism is about Ms. Curtiss. That excuse might have made sense in the 70s or 80s, but birth control has been on the scene for 40 years. When is this generation of sexually moderate conservatives going to come of age? Never, by the looks of things.
This is some shameful trolling Rebecca. Some people debate the best way to campaign on the internet. Some get upset. Wow.
The evidence doesn’t support this story. That you have to cite someone “two decades ago” suggests you know this. The vital stat employers consider when deciding to hire is how much work they have. How much *demand.* If you have enough demand to justify 2 staff, you’ll hire them at $7/hr or $10/hr.
There’s this thing called evidence which doesn’t support your right wing story.
Fox News isn’t really a “news” channel. It’s a set of “based on a true story” dramatizations that employ current events to tell fictional stories conservatives like. A bit like “Law and Order” basing episodes off recent famous court cases. Informing viewers of events and reality is not on their agenda. It’s not a coincidence that the amount you know about the world declines the more you watch Fox News (according to repeat tests by PEW).
“the Kenyan” - this is about the level of reality-acceptance that you’d expect from a Fox News fan. You like Fox News because it doesn’t challenge your cherished delusions.
#6 is a real thing Scientology does with their personality tests. #4 is clearly a joke. #2 doesn’t seem like an unreasonable complaint. What exactly is the point of this list? To mock yelp reviewers?
What this is really about is that there is nowhere that a first world citizen can move outside of America to escape government guaranteed universal healthcare. I think that’s why Rush humourously picked Costa Rica, thinking that such a poor country wouldn’t have UHC, but even they do. It’s a global consensus: Health care is a right.
It’s obviously an opinion piece.
A lot of you need to check out who Hastings is. The byline “Buzzfeed staff” doesn’t do this man justice. He knows of which he speaks on Iraq and Afghanistan. Walked the walk and all that. Counter-insurgency doctrine was an evident failure in 2009 and Obama still allowed it to be applied to Afghanistan. It’s shameful and he shouldn’t get a pass on it just because people like his positions on domestic issues.
