Its not as simple as that. Lawyers are involved, judges have to sign off, people have to participate, witnesses have to corroberate…..They can’t just go and take a kid.CPS are overworked in an underfunded understaffed environment

Shame on the father and the mother. How about that? You try being a CPS worker with impossible caseloads and no budget and families that don’t want to work with you even when it would benefit them and/or their kids.
