    NHL Superheroes

    In an attempt to capture the vast crossover market between comic book nerds and professional hockey fans, the NHL has unveiled The Guardian Project, an initiative much more badass sounding than it actually is which taps the creative talents of famed graphic novelist Stan Lee to create a superhero persona for each NHL squad. Having already introduced the highly original LA Kings “The King” and Pittsburgh Penguins “The Penguin”, we thought we’d follow the NHL and Mr. Lee’s formula, dedicate upwards to 3 or 4 minutes of our time and come up with a few NHL superheroes of our own.
