Chris Brown Denied Entry Into Canada, The Internet Erupts In Applause

    "The system works."

    Chris Brown is supposed to be kicking off the Canada leg of his tour tonight with a show in Montreal, but it looks like he was denied entry into the country.

    The singer notified his fans over Twitter that he will not legally be able to perform to his "sold out crowds."

    Unfortunately I will not be able to perform in front of sold out crowds in Montreal & Toronto.

    The tweets were later deleted.

    While the exact reason for his inadmissibility is unclear, Brown has had several skirmishes with the law.

    In the meantime, the news was met with a melange of applause and laughter on the Internet.

    @chrisbrown LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    @chrisbrown LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

    And how Drake — a proud and admissible Canadian — would react right now.

    Heard you ain’t get in to Canada @chrisbrown

    drake's phone soon as chris brown tried to enter canada:

    Even using Breezy's own lyrics against him.

    @chrisbrown I DONT SEE HOW YOU CAN HATE FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA.... YOU CANT EVEN GET IN!

    People were pretty impressed with the government's decision.

    So, the border guards disallowed entry into Canada to someone with a felony assault record? That sounds like a great thing. #ChrisBrown

    Chris Brown denied entry to Canada. The system works.

    They done banned Chris Brown from Canada? *moves to Canada*

    But no one is more proud than Canadians right now.

    I'm so proud to be Canadian right now. RT @bruce_arthur: Haaaaaaa http://t.co/wSvBG52IeL
