This particular design is from Art By Veya, another queer artist. AFAIK, they (Veya and Bill) came up with their designs around the same time, independently from each other, as they were responses to an actually queerphobic design..
A couple of these were a bit rubbish, because the difference was mainy down to age difference. Some didn't even look different. A good one to add to the list would be Dani Filth from Cradle of Filth. I saw him on Never Mind The Buzzcocks and couldn't believe how different he looked.…Â
