I don’t celebrate Christmas but I do give to charities.
Of course it was impersonal. She wasn’t even aware of the charity before receiving the gift. And let’s face it, it’s Bill Gates we are talking about - he gives millions to charity already, putting someone else’s name on a gift of a cow is impersonal in the extreme. He would have bought that gift for anyone that he was allocated in the Secret Santa and no thought/effort went into finding a gift for *her*.
So, Bill Gates ignores this girl’s wishlist and just buys her a charity gift that is in no way connected to her? That sucks. If she was involved in a charity and made it known, then it would be lovely for him to donate to her favourite charity but otherwise, it stinks as it is so impersonal!
Watch them singing Blue Monday on YouTube :D
Smell my cheese!
PLAID and TARTAN are NOT the same thing. Plaid is Irish, Tartan is Scottish. SMH
It tastes like bubblegum and rainbows, actually.
Us Glaswegians are very creative when it comes to swearing.
Terrifying. I’ve heard arguments between toddlers with more sense and structure to them.
