dude, I think she got a facelift. Her eyes look smaller / sharper than they did before. The cute puffy bags (for lack of a better word) under her eyes are gone, now, too.
I have heard celebs will do something drastic with their makeup or hair when they get plastic surgery so it’s harder to do a “before and after” comparison.

I’ll never forget when I was on vacation in Honolulu as a young teen. We wandered into this local clothing shop and within 10 seconds, this middle aged Asian woman (store owner) RUNS to me and yells, “Nothing fit you here!!”. OMG! I was chubby but still normal sized!
