I agree with darinjohnh, this doesn’t count. Neither does the episode where Jadzia is making out with the chick who has the symbiont of her formerly male (while Dax was female) lover. (I admit to being nerdy enough to write that sentence but I looked it up to be sure: episode is called “Rejoined”). Both of Jadzia’s lesbian scenes were a disappointing cop-out from the LGBT stance because they used characters that by definition had both male and female genetic backgrounds and they always justified the romantic interaction by referencing their former genders. If they had said pre-Dax Jadzia loved some chick, it would have given them some credit. As much as I love ST and all they effort they put into at least SAYING everyone was equal, they didn’t go the distance in showing it. Also, and Mirror Universe stuff is a bit of a cop-out since people on that side are so “bad”. There’s a connotation that everyone in that universe is naughty. Nerd alert.
