You've seen Julie Benz on everything from Buffy the Vampire Slayer to Dexter. Now, she's starring on Syfy's hit TV series Defiance as Mayor Amanda Rosewater.
Julie stopped by BuzzFeed to answer some of our rapid fire questions because it's time to settle this puppies vs. kittens debate once and for all.
1. What's your favorite color?
Julie: Favorite color is green. Lime green — a very specific, bright, lime green.
2. Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Julie: Morning, definitely a morning person.
3. What's your favorite pizza topping?
Julie: I don't eat pizza. Gluten and dairy — not very good for me.
4. What's your least favorite word?
Julie: "Palm." It's weird. Paaaaaaaalm. The "l" and the "m."
5. What's your favorite boy band?
Julie: Was Air Supply a boy band?
6. What's the last album you bought?
Julie: 50 Shades of Grey — I know.

Julie: The soundtrack's amazing and it makes me wanna take off my clothes.
7. Do you prefer Coke or Pepsi?
Julie: Neither.
8. What's your pet peeve?
Julie: People that are late — I don't like tardiness.
9. Which do you like better: Puppies or kittens?
Julie: Definitely puppies.
10. Bacon or nutella?
Julie: Bacon.
12. Do you like mini golf or real golf?
Julie: I'm really good at real golf but I prefer mini golf — the game goes faster.
13. Britney or Christina?
Julie: Britney, definitely Britney.
14. What do you sleep in?
Julie: A braid.
15. Are you superstitious?
Julie: I do knock on wood all the time so yes, I guess I am.
16. Have you ever been on a cruise?
Julie: Oh hell no! No, no, no cruise. Worst nightmare.

Julie: Yeah, I don't know how to swim. My swimming consists of a mix of doggy paddle and drowning.

Julie: Coffee, definitely coffee.
18. What scares you?
Julie: Spiders. And rats. And aliens.
19. What time do you get up in the morning?
Julie: I usually wake up around 5:45 a.m. even on weekends. I know it's bad.
20. What time do you go to bed?
Julie: I start to fall asleep around 9 p.m. but I go to bed around 11:30 p.m.
21. Do you have any hidden talents?
Julie: I call this "Thumbelina Stuck In a Jar."
22. Who's your favorite Disney princess?
Julie: It's a toss up between Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella.
23. What's your favorite alcohol?
Julie: Wine and tequila — not together.
24. What's your life motto?
Julie: Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world.
25. If you had to choose one: Twitter or Instagram.
Julie: Both. I can't pick. It's Sophie's choice.
26. Would you rather win an Oscar or a Grammy?
Julie: Well if I won a Grammy, it would be amazing because I can't sing.
