Hey JJ, the big bitchfit is over the Palin backing abstinence-only education in the '06 gubernatorial race which clearly didn't work. Palin explicitly stated she would not support sexual education programs that would go into detail thus giving the kids different methods of contraception.

Why don't you all knock it off. I am the mother of four children ages 13-21 and though none have gotten pregnant or made a girl pregnant I am not stupid enough to think it can't happen. A parent CANNOT stop a child from having sex. All we can do is hope that we have instilled the values and given the advice for protection against pregnancy. But no matter how much we teach or preach ultimately it is up to the child/young adult/teen to decide to listen to reason. It is our job as a parent to raise a child to adulthood the best we can, it's not foolproof.
