Ottis Toole
Toole is now being named by police as the suspected killer of Adam Walsh in 1981 — you may remember Walsh's father John, longtime host of America's Most Wanted. It's great that police may finally bring some sense of closure to this case; although Toole — who was a convicted pedophile and serial killer — confessed to Walsh's murder in 1983, he died in prison in 1996. His bio is tough reading.
