EDIT!! seems like he wasn't on the flight, but still, she is the parent and I'm sure there is a better solution than to blast someone for wanting a parent to pick up their child's mess.

So....why didn't he get down an clean it up? By "taking care of matters...internally", does he mean fired? That seems like a bit much. **Maybe there is more to the story that we don't know about. But I'm sure his legs weren't broken and he could have cleaned things up himself.
