Unfortunately, Mr Head isn't a real human person, but a hyperreal CGI construction by Australian designer Chris Jones.

Jones has spent years trying to build a whole CGI body for Mr Head. Most recently he's been adding detail to his eyes.
It's gone okay.
Oh yeah, in addition to Mr Head, Jones has also created Mr Hand.
