No, invading a person’s privacy like that isn’t ok. If you want to keep tabs on her facebook account, tell her that you will check her account once a week or something. Yes, she’ll hate you for it, and will probably be able to hide some of her activities from you, but at least her confidence in you won’t be entirely betrayed. What would you do if you found out your daughter was snooping through your things, your someone else’s? Don’t expect her to learn life lessons when you’re setting such a bad example.

Honestly though, no matter how many times people explain the difference between pansexuality and bisexuality to me, I don’t understand it. I identify as bisexual, but to me that means that attraction doesn’t depend on gender… which is how pansexuality is usually defined.

Wow, these are all terrible ideas. Why do you want a weird, boxy lightbulb centrepiece when candles are much prettier? It isn’t all that surprising to have sugar in tomato sauce, as it’s a good way of offsetting the acidity of the tomatoes. But a lot of this is pretty upsetting.

It’s not an exact map of every super market, but it’s definitely a trend to have fresh fruit and vegetables near the entrance, and to spread out the other essentials across the store (milk, bread, etc.) so you have to walk through the length of the store at least once.

Aaaaaargh I can’t deal with this sexist bullshit. You want to know why I didn’t play videogames when I was younger? Because I’d been told my whole life that it was something guys did. When I met my husband, who was very much into videogames, I watched him play a lot, and saw for the first time how much fun they are. Still at that point I actually thought that I might not be any good at videogames, because I’m a woman. Because that’s what I’d been told my whole god damn life. Now, I play more than my husband does (At the moment: Borderlands 2, Assassin’s Creed 3, Skyrim & Dishonored), and I STILL get the whole “Oh, buying a game for your boyfriend? No? So you’re just playing this to make your boyfriend happy?” bullshit speech every time I buy a game. A lot of women are into “nerdy” things now because they are in the mainstream for the first time, and a lot of us didn’t pursue them as interests before because they weren’t “for us”. LET PEOPLE LIKE WHAT THEY WANT TO LIKE, TO WHATEVER EXTENT AND DEPTH THEY WANT TO LIKE IT.

This doesn’t just affect fast food, but various beef products at many large grocery store chains. When you’re buying minced beef from your local grocery store, you really don’t expect it to contain anything other than beef, do you? It’s not about the poor horses or whatever, I’ve voluntarily eaten horse several times, and it’s tasty. But you expect the label on the food you’re buying to be accurate. Not to mention the fact that several “beef” products also contained pork, which is a huge issue for a lot of people. It’s a big deal.

Nope, love facial hair. Just because a lot of women prefer a clean shave, doesn’t mean all of them do. Sure, the hair can be a bit scratchy when kissing, but it’s worth it.

You don’t really know that people are being hypocritical. I personally think that it’s wrong to have your child circumcised, pierce their ears or tattoo them. Causing a child pain when it isn’t medically necessary is wrong. End of story.

The last time I was at a club years ago, I was thinking about how doomed we all would be if there was a fire. The club was underground with only one exit through a narrow corridor (if there was another exit, it was certainly not marked), it was absolutely packed, everyone was wasted, and the dancefloor was flooded with smoke from a smoke machine, which meant you could barely even see anything. I would urge everyone who goes to a club to make a mental note of the best way to get out.
