Hello! Fishies it is. Ingredients: I used 6 tilapia filets, they are a relatively inexpensive fish. 2 Lemons. 1 white onion. 2 tablespoons olive oil. A bit of salt, a ton of pepper. Aluminium foil. Directions:
1) You’ll need to create a little pocket out of the foil. So first you’ll lay half of it down in your baking dish and then after we layer the fish and onions, you’ll fold the other half over it all and crease the outside edge. This traps the moisture and makes the fish super moist and tasty. 2) Salt and pepper each filet. Just a pinch each side. Place them down on the baking dish. They can overlap just a bit, but try using a dish big enough so that the tilapia aren’t all flopping on top of each other. 3)Cut 1 lemon in half. Squeeze both halves over the fishies. Throw away the halves. 4) Use the other lemon and cut it into slices. Place the slices on top of the filets. 5) Cut up the onion and place on top of and around the filets. 6) Drizzle the olive oil over the filets and put on some more crushed pepper. 7) Fold over the aluminum foil and crease the edge. 8) Bake @ 350 degrees, about 25 minutes. 9) Let me know how it goes!
