A 5cm-long fir tree has been growing in the lung of a man who complained he had a strong pain in his chest and was coughing blood. WARNING: GROSS PHOTO. Umm, don't click on this if you happen to be eating. That tree is sort of cute, though.

I agree, I think this is a hoax. I'm no expert but the “facts” and “evidence” here don't add up given the laws of science. I think there should be a hoax or urban legend or myth or somting badge or stories that might be interesting and beloved, but not true, as to not convince some readers, perhaps those not reading too closely that this seems to clearly be a hoax or prank or SOMETHING other than reality.
