The NYC Waterfalls
The much anticipated (and hyped) $15 million public art project by the Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson features giant waterfall structures placed at various bridges around the city. Some are feeling it’s a waste of time and money. If we can attach a giant waterfall to the Manhattan Bridge, why can’t we build a giant tunnel to Sweden?
