Baby Deer Escapes the Lions
A baby deer gets chased by a lion at the National Zoo and barely escapes by jumping into the water. I want to hate that annoying screaming woman, but she probably had something to do with saving that deer's life.

I work at this zoo and this has definitely happened before. The zoo is right by a park and racoons and deer get into exhibits all the time.

No one saved that deer's life. It escaped the lions, but was wounded and had to be euthanized.
