Payal Shah Parikh is CEO and Designer of L’ Dezen by Payal Shah, an international jewelry and lifestyle brand. Raised in Hong Kong, Payal studied Architecture Design at the University of Westminster as well as a diploma in Interior Design at the Inchbald School of Design - both in London.

    There are times where you come up with great ideas but coming up with a reason not to pursue it, take action or follow through is easier. When the motivation doesn’t take its turn we have this ability to justify why it isn’t possible - and the whole ‘if its meant to be, it will be’ - That’s that stupid saying we tell ourselves and I eventually hated telling myself so I started to slay.
